Binding terms of service agreement
By accessing or using scribbix.com, creating an account, or joining a real-time whiteboard workspace room, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company, organization, or team, you represent that you have full authority to bind that entity to these conditions.
Account Creation & Eligibility
Registration requirements and identity integrity
To register and access Skribbix whiteboard features:
Age & Capacity
You must be at least 13 years of age or possess legal parental consent to create an account.
Account Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate registration details during email or Google OAuth sign-in and keep your login credentials secure.
License & Workspace Usage
Permitted scope of web application access
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Skribbix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our application, create visual whiteboards, and collaborate in real-time.
Intellectual Property & Ownership
Your content rights and platform trademarks
Your Content Ownership
You retain complete ownership and all copyright rights to your diagrams, vector shapes, text notes, and exported files.
Skribbix IP & Platform Rights
The Skribbix logo, application software, user interface design, and WebSocket architecture remain the sole property of Skribbix.
User Conduct & Acceptable Use
Prohibited activities and platform security
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:
- •Attempting to breach WebSocket synchronization channels or bypass room access authentication.
- •Injecting malicious scripts, automated bot spam, or denial-of-service payloads into whiteboard rooms.
Service Availability & Uptime
Infrastructure reliability and maintenance
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all whiteboard rooms. While we perform regular system upgrades and maintenance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operational availability during extraordinary server outages.
Account Termination
Voluntary cancellation and suspension rights
You may close your account and delete your whiteboards at any time. Skribbix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms of Service.
